PlayBook Android support is suppose to come in next month. It will include the Android app player, native calendar, email and contacts, plus the new BlackBerry Video store. BlackBerry PlayBook tablet would be capable of running Android applications through a virtual player coming month. But Engadget has learned that the BlackBerry maker has delayed support for Android applications until ‘late fall.’ It is nice to see RIM come out and confirm that the PlayBook Premium Charger is “designed to work with your BlackBerry smartphone” instead of just happening to work. This means that RIM has probably tested it with the smartphone capacitors to make sure you are not frying the charging circuitry. It is not yet declared that whether the video store will be for US users only or for others too.
